I. Introduction
A. Thesis Statement
1. If there are so many pros to teaching sex education, then why isn’t it mandatory to be taught in schools?
2. Supporting details: schools, different approach, and my choice.
II. Supporting Details
A. Schools
1. Schools aren’t up to the task, and the way that it needs to be taught
2. Abstinence only approach: the way schools want sex education to be taught
3. Teaching guys the right way; this is a hard task, compared to teaching girls.
B. Different Approach
1. Tell students full information about sexual choices.
2. Give the parents the option of what the children are being taught
3. Choosing to say ‘no’ – “National nonprofit” quote.
C. My Choice
1. Parents should be getting a choice.
2. Teaching the way one thinks it should be taught
3. Federal and state should provide funding.
III. Conclusion
1. What is holding schools back?
2. What is a better way of going about it?
3. What do the parents of these children want?
4. What is Students and parents opinion on it?

    Are you arguing for mandatory sex education in schools or only that parents should have a choice whether their children recieve such education?
