Topics & Ideas

So basically, I picked a topic for my term paper. I realized that there are rarely any cons to teaching sex ed during school, but a lot of schools don't do it. so, my topic is, if there are so many pros to teaching sex ed, why isnt it mandatory to teach it?

looking up the cons, helps try to prove why people dont want it to be associated with their school.
